We strictly follow the International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR) and will not ship many items outside of the USA or to APO addresses due to these laws.  There are no exceptions to this policy.  We will cancel all orders from international customers containing ITAR items.  These laws also apply to having items shipped to a US address just to be exported later.  Transshipment is illegal.  We will cancel orders we suspect of transshipment.  If you are not a US citizen and/or are not located in the US please do not order ITAR items.

There are other restrictions that we follow that pertain to a variety of products.  Most of these are noted on the product pages, though, we maintain the right to cancel any order for any reason.
