RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 60 days of shipping the items.

Returned items must be in new condition.

To return an item follow these steps:

Request a Return Number by emailing info@sexyweapon.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and what you are returning.

Include your Return Number in your package with a copy of the packing slip (if available).

Once the return is received by us we will issue a full refund minus shipping.  This usually takes 1 business day.  We will credit your  card or refund your payment via Paypal.

What if we made a mistake?

That never happens!  Ok, maybe once in a while.

If we messed up please follow the returns process above.   When you’re supplying the reason for return please let us know how we screwed up.  We will pay/refund all shipping costs to fix things.
